Fine metal mesh through photo-etching! We accept orders for product manufacturing and processing.
"Etching screens" are metal materials that have been finely processed using photochemical etching technology. Using photographic techniques, a pattern of photoresist is formed on the surface of a thin metal sheet with an exposure machine, and the exposed areas of the material that are not covered by the photoresist are dissolved and removed, creating a precise mesh shape. We can provide fine meshes that are difficult to obtain with woven wire mesh according to customer requests, and it is also possible to reduce costs by using existing original plates without creating new patterns. [Features] - Provides fine meshes that are difficult to obtain with woven wire mesh according to customer requests. - It is also possible to reduce costs by using existing original plates without creating new patterns. - By utilizing various bonding techniques, we can accommodate composite products with woven wire mesh, perforated metal, expanded metal, etc. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
