We contribute to the improvement of strength and functionality of mechanical parts, cutting tools, molds, and more!
Our company offers a surface modification technology called 'WPC treatment,' which involves mixing fine particles of materials suited to specific purposes with a compressible gas and subjecting them to high-speed collisions on the surface of metal products. In this method, rapid heating and cooling are repeated at the very surface of the treated object. This results in the formation of a fine, tough, and dense structure, enhancing surface hardness while simultaneously transforming the surface characteristics into micro dimples, thereby improving friction and wear properties. 【Features】 ■ Improved fatigue strength ■ Enhanced impact resistance ■ Improved sliding properties ■ Increased surface hardness ■ Improved adhesion with various coatings, etc. *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.
