The small diameter cutter has a diameter of 80 mm for rough surface machining, with a cutting depth capability of 4 mm. The cutter moves in a U-shaped path, and the spindle rotation speed combined with the machining speed is three times that of a standard planomiller. It features a high-rigidity cutter that can withstand long-term use of the cutter tips. The finishing cutter performs the final finishing cut in one pass, easily reducing tool wear. 3. Full electromagnetic table, which can be charged once and maintains full magnetic force for a day. Metal processing can start immediately by placing the workpiece directly on the table. 4.
