The MCP1501 is a buffered reference voltage generator capable of sinking/sourcing 20mA of current. The reference voltage is generated by a low-drift bandgap circuit, and the chopper amplifier reduces drift while outputting high current without degrading performance. The package is available in 6-pin SOT-23, 8-pin SOIC, and 8-pin 2mm x 2mm WDFN packages.
