The power of diatomaceous earth that adds a unique "flavor." Its excellent heat retention showcases remarkable strengths in continuous firing.
The "Dogama K3" is a gas pizza oven that can handle temperatures over 600°C with intense firepower. Inside this product, made from diatomaceous earth blocks, infrared rays rich in far-infrared radiation are emitted from all directions, allowing the surface of the ingredients to absorb heat instantly, which seals in flavor, moisture, and air. This creates a crispy exterior and a fluffy interior. 【Features】 ■ Gas-powered ■ Intense firepower ■ Capable of over 600°C ■ Continuous baking possible ■ Low cost unique to diatomaceous earth *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
The barometer of human prosperity and culture is said to be proportional to the consumption of thermal energy. Currently, thermal energy sources include coal, gas, electricity, and nuclear power, but since these are all finite resources on Earth, we must maximize conservation to ensure humanity can use them indefinitely. Additionally, from the perspective of reducing CO2, which is a cause of global warming, we must decrease their usage. In response to this great desire worldwide, we have been contributing to society with porous energy-saving materials that align with the times, while meeting the demands of a rapidly growing industry since our founding in 1947 in Nanao, which has a reserve of 2.5 billion tons of diatomaceous earth. In recent years, we have been pursuing four types of pore structures and continuously striving for energy-saving technology development and new product development.
