This enables soldering that was difficult to achieve with conventional laser soldering, especially in cases where the conditions on the opposite side of the laser vary individually. *The graph represents control data based on the conditions of our test board.

Easy positioning and program settings By having the laser's optical axis and the CCD camera on the same axis, precise positioning of the fine laser is easily achievable. Additionally, the laser output and irradiation time are clearly visible on a waveform graph, and various output condition programs can be easily set up using the LCD touch panel.
