The "PQ Series" is a horizontal vacuum furnace capable of accommodating a wide range of cooling gas pressures. The inner surface of the heating chamber is covered with a shield plate to suppress the scattering of insulation material. As an option, covering it with a molybdenum plate enhances the radiation efficiency inside the heating chamber, improving temperature distribution uniformity and uniform heating characteristics. Additionally, to achieve optimal uniform heating and distribution of heat-treated products over a wide range from low to high temperatures, heaters are arranged on four sides: top, bottom, and both sides, with three-way control in the front-back direction. 【Features】 ■ To enhance energy efficiency, the outer surface temperature of the internal chamber is maintained below 200°C. ■ The opening and closing doors adopt a clutch-type design for improved safety under pressure. ■ Cooling gas is blown in from below the heating chamber. ■ Cooling is possible with reduced pressure: 87 kPa, and pressurized: 130 kPa to 200 kPa (optional: 280 kPa). *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
