The "RQ Series" is a high-pressure gas-cooled horizontal vacuum furnace equipped with a simple cooling gas upper and lower switching mechanism. As an option, a convection heating function can be added. The convection heating by a circulation fan can raise the temperature up to 850°C, significantly improving the slow heating rate at low temperatures, which is a drawback of vacuum heating (radiant heating). 【Features】 - To enhance energy efficiency, the external surface temperature of the internal chamber is maintained below 200°C. - The opening and closing doors adopt a clutch-type design to improve safety under pressure. - A flow path design with minimal pressure loss allows for a large gas flow rate. - Continuous rated motors are used for the cooling fan to prevent a decrease in cooling speed at low temperatures. - A movable gas flow guide device improves the uniformity of cooling gas distribution to the workpiece, among other features. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
