[Construction Case] Test Results for Scale Removal and Scratch Repair Polishing of Bathroom Mirrors
The bathroom mirror that is not visible due to cloudiness has been re-polished once and treated with a hydrophobic coating! It is possible to maintain the mirror's original shine.
We would like to introduce a case study of testing and polishing a mirror that was heavily covered in scale, which was actually used in a bathroom. After removing the scale, we verified by intentionally scratching the surface and measuring the solvent and rotation speed. Once we polished down to the depth of the scratches and achieved a flat surface, we finished the process. Although the steps were few, the surface became smooth through careful polishing, and the task was completed. 【Overview】 ■Issues - Most bathroom mirrors are fogged up and not visible due to scale. ■Proposal - Perform a regeneration polish and apply a hydrophilic coating. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Although "glass regeneration polishing" may be an unfamiliar phrase, it primarily involves removing scratches from architectural glass, car and cruiser glass, bathroom mirrors, removing water spots, and polishing glass that has been damaged by acid. To date, we have worked on various projects, including restoring glass damaged by acid in hot spring facilities, repairing glass in condominium renovation projects, removing scratches at new construction sites for general contractors, and removing water spots from tourist boat glass. Traditionally, when glass was scratched, it was replaced, but we repair the scratches on-site. While there are companies that handle scratches from car wipers, they tend to refuse deeper scratches due to the risk of distortion. However, our specialized technology allows us to repair without causing distortion, and we now receive inquiries from all over the country. We also receive inquiries from those who wish to acquire this special technology. Before enrolling in our certification course for glass regeneration polishing, we hold a free consultation session to explain what the glass restoration industry is like. Therefore, we are actively working to expand our niche market, which is unique in our industry.
