If you send us the samples, we offer contract testing and analysis services to isolate and separate bacteria, molds, and yeasts contained in the samples. Various types of samples can be accepted, including fermented foods, spoiled foods, biofilms, environmental samples such as feed, water, and soil, as well as contaminated items (daily necessities, leather products, etc.). You can also use our services for screening beneficial microorganisms such as lactic acid bacteria and yeasts. For the isolation of microorganisms present in special environments (such as sulfate-reducing bacteria and iron-oxidizing bacteria), please contact us separately. You can specify the culture conditions (aerobic, anaerobic, high temperature, low temperature, etc.) and target microorganisms such as spore-forming bacteria, E. coli, lactic acid bacteria, acetic acid bacteria, and actinomycetes to isolate the desired strains. The isolated and separated microbial colonies can be preserved as pure cultures, and identification tests can be conducted as an additional service (additional fees apply).
