【Overview】 This is a contracted testing and analysis service that observes iron bacteria and reports their types. In this test, the presence of iron bacteria is observed using an optical microscope, primarily focusing on water samples from the environment (including samples with brownish precipitates), and results are reported with images and identification results. Observations are conducted using Gram staining and unstained methods (such as differential interference observation), referencing sewage testing methods (2012 edition) and ASTM D932-20 (2020). Microscopic observation of iron bacteria in accordance with the international standard ASTM International's "Standard Test Method for Iron Bacteria in Water and Water-Formed Deposits (D932-20 (2020))" is also available. 【Iron Bacteria】 A group of bacteria that have the ability to oxidize dissolved iron and dissolved manganese in water, depositing them both inside and outside their cells, are referred to as iron bacteria.
