Therefore, our company provides beautiful processing with stable finishes using the latest hybrid high-frequency welder. The specific methods for solving these challenges are as follows: 1. Automatically adjust the output of the high frequency. 2. Set the output in two stages. In the first stage, use high output to selectively heat the resin part to a high temperature, and in the second stage, reduce the output to medium so that the melted resin can permeate. 3. Composite heating with a digital heater. By combining high-frequency heat with a precision temperature-controlled heater, stable conditions are created.
