[Before Introduction] - Thawing was done in a refrigerated room, but it was difficult to manage the temperature, and if thawing was delayed, it put a strain on the machinery. When production volume was high, thawing alone took up space and cramped the work area. [After Introduction] - Thawing and melting can now be done in a short time and uniformly, allowing for production on the same day as thawing. There are no issues with parts being hard or not melting! [Testing Available] - On-site Experiment: We will conduct tests at our factory with the customer's presence. You can confirm the short time and high-quality thawing and melting using high-frequency thawing. - Sample Submission Experiment: We will conduct tests using the raw materials and samples sent by the customer.
