Uniform heating of both sides and the entire surface of the base material is possible! Suitable auxiliary pre-heater for Pb-free applications.
The "PHN-3040/PHN-1520" is a far-infrared preheater that heats the substrate and assists in compensating for the insufficient heat from the soldering iron. Depending on the set temperature, it can adjust the heating characteristics of the substrate, and it can accommodate various substrates depending on how the support is applied. The far-infrared heater can uniformly heat both sides and the entire surface of the base material. As an option, we also offer the "PHN-3040 Cover," which can be easily attached to existing units due to its external mounting design. 【Features】 ■ Uniformly heats both sides and the entire surface of the base material with a far-infrared heater ■ Suitable auxiliary preheater for Pb-free applications ■ Adjusts the heating characteristics of the substrate based on the set temperature ■ Can accommodate various substrates depending on the application of the support *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Since its establishment in 1966, our company has consistently pursued cutting-edge technology in the industry. We developed and launched the world's first ceramic heater soldering iron, and also created and released the world's first LA-type soldering iron and controller that allows real-time monitoring of the tip temperature changes. Furthermore, by launching the QSS-3000, a centralized temperature management system for soldering irons using a computer, we have achieved quality improvement and cost reduction from the customer's perspective, contributing widely to society. As part of our management strategy, we continue to challenge ourselves daily to aim for the global standardization of soldering irons. Our Bonpen has long been loved by customers as a best-selling product in the industry, and our compact, lightweight, high-power "Extreme Series" soldering irons have gained significant support from many customers due to their ease of use.
