It is also ideal as a backup for large casting machines or as a second machine for small lot production. ■Rotary Pressure Casting Machine■ Place the required amount of metal into the crucible inside the chamber and start the vacuum or inert gas melting. The casting is performed by rotating the chamber containing the crucible and mold for pressure casting. ■Powerful Casting at 0.3MPa■ With a maximum casting pressure of 0.3MPa, powerful casting can be performed using a household power supply (200V). It is also perfect as equipment for craft classes or educational materials in schools. ■Operable by Foreign Staff■ The touch panel language can be selected from [Japanese], [English], or [Chinese]. Additionally, since it can memorize casting conditions, the experience level of the operating staff is not a concern. ■Selectable Melting Atmosphere■ It is possible to create a vacuum in the chamber and perform inert gas replacement or gas pressurization.
