【Case Study of Diaphragm Pump】Acrylic Acid

[Industry Case Studies Available] Suppressing Pulsation! A Case Study on Preventing Product Leakage Outside the Pump

We would like to introduce a case study of our air-driven diaphragm pump, the "One Nut Pump." ★Target Application: Acrylic Acid Manufacturers producing various resins, particularly UV/EB curing agents for coatings, inks, and adhesives, are transporting hazardous acrylic acid. Using centrifugal or positive displacement pumps generates heat during operation, necessitating additional costs for temperature sensors and interlock devices. Therefore, we introduced our "One Nut Pump." This pump stops in a deadhead state, eliminating the need for expensive additional equipment. It is equipped with a burst prevention system (double diaphragm) that prevents product leakage to the outside in the event of diaphragm failure. 【Case Study Overview】 ■Pump Series: 710 Series ■Viscosity: 50 cps ■Options: Burst Prevention System, Integrated Pump Damper *You can view the complete "Case Study Collection" available for PDF download immediately. We also welcome any inquiries you may have.
