The "BZTA Ceramics Type A" is a high-strength, conductive alumina-based ceramic that allows for adjustable conductivity from MΩ to GΩ and exhibits stable conductivity. By hybridizing alumina and zirconia, it possesses more than twice the strength (bending strength) of alumina ceramics and also includes conductivity for electrostatic countermeasures, which is increasingly in demand in fields such as semiconductor component manufacturing.
