[Manga Materials Presentation] For fall prevention safety measures! Permanent fall prevention system.
Explanation in Manga! With the enforcement of the full harness wearing obligation, we introduce a fall prevention system that is permanently installed on the building side! A collection of easy-to-understand achievements with photos is also available!
"Have you prepared the 'attachment point for the lanyard hook'?" In February 2019, the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare partially revised the Enforcement Order of the Industrial Safety and Health Act, mandating the use of full harness-type fall arrest equipment as a safety measure during work at heights, with full implementation starting in January 2022. Amidst this, there has been a significant increase in voices expressing that there is no crucial 'attachment point for the full harness'! 'Acrobat' is a fall prevention system that is permanently installed on the building side, preventing worker falls and accidents by allowing the hook of the full harness to be attached, in compliance with international standards. It enables stress-free movement through a pass-through mechanism. It achieves both 'not falling' and 'protecting life even if a fall occurs'! This document explains the product in an easy-to-understand manner through manga. 【You can use it in the following scenes】 ■ Tasks involving movement and work on rooftops (horizontal type) ■ Tasks involving ascending and descending ladders (vertical type) ■ Tasks involving movement and work on vehicle beds in truck yards (suspension type) *You can download the PDF materials in bulk from the link below (official site). Detailed information
-
■Horizontal Wire Type By hooking the full harness lanyard onto the wire installed on the roof, it prevents access to dangerous areas such as eaves and skylights. Additionally, in the event of a fall, the shock absorber absorbs the impact and prevents contact with the ground.
-
■Vertical Wire Type Can be used during the ascent and descent of fixed ladders (tallaps). It smoothly follows the movement of the user. In case of an emergency, it locks to prevent falls.
-
■Suspended Wire Type It can be installed on the ceiling and used in conjunction with a safety block to prevent falls during work on the truck bed, among other applications.
