Safety measures during inspection and maintenance on vehicle roofs! Introducing Acrobat to balance safety and mobility efficiency!
We would like to introduce a case where the permanent fall prevention system "Acrobat" in the horizontal wire type was installed at the Oji Maintenance Depot of Tokyo Metro Co., Ltd. (Tokyo Metro). The purpose is to ensure safety during inspection and maintenance on top of the train cars within the vehicle storage area. In addition to preventing falls in case of an emergency, the unique characteristics of the vehicles require long-distance movement for inspections, which made the Acrobat, allowing movement without changing the lanyard hook, appealing! 【Case Overview】 ■ Installed Product: Horizontal Wire Type ■ Purpose: Inspection and maintenance on top of train cars ■ Requests: - To install a lanyard hook attachment point so that workers can operate safely at all times. - To enable smooth movement over long distances during inspections without changing the lanyard hook due to the characteristics of the vehicles. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
