Introduction to our manufacturing environment, which is just like a showroom.

I want to work with a focus on technology in a clean environment, and with that desire, I am committed to improving the environment.

We would like to introduce the "showroom-like manufacturing environment" of Tōei Super Hard Co., Ltd. The office has been transformed into a stylish exhibition space, presentation room, and break area, with parts of the factory walls painted in accent colors like red and blue, and large indoor plants placed throughout the factory. Various plans are underway to realize a "town factory like a showroom." Additionally, as part of our human resource development, we conduct a 15-minute cleaning activity every morning. We dispose of mops, prepare rags and detergents, and have purchased a washing machine. With clean cleaning tools, we kneel on the floor to wipe it down. This initiative has sparked the current showroom factory project.
