Reliable dust collection and deodorization through water film formation! Easy maintenance and significant cost reduction.
The "Deo-Riser" is a high-performance exhaust gas deodorization device equipped with a circulating water purification system, designed with consideration for the global environment, capable of dust collection and deodorization. On July 15, 2021, it received the Minister of Small and Medium Enterprises Agency Award at the 47th Excellent Environmental Equipment Awards organized by the Japan Industrial Machinery Manufacturers Association. Thanks to its water film, it effectively captures various odor substances as well as fine dust. It forms a water film on the screen, achieving a gas-liquid contact efficiency of 100% in dust collection and exhaust gas deodorization. Compared to conventional scrubbers, it significantly reduces running costs. Additionally, it is equipped with an aeration device called "Aqua Blaster," which prevents water decay and suppresses sludge generation. 【Features】 ■ Captures odors with a water film ■ Reduces running costs ■ Suppresses sludge generation ■ Easy maintenance ■ Low pressure loss *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
