Automation of industrial parts cleaning

Introducing robots suitable for all cleaning processes from deburring to drying!

This catalog features the automation of cleaning industrial parts. The goal of parts cleaning is to remove unwanted contaminants, whether liquid or solid, in the shortest possible time and to leave no residues behind. A typical example is the removal of oil impurities and chips that adhere to parts after machining. The cleaning process improves the quality and reliability of the target parts, and cleaning is usually performed as a pre-treatment before painting, coating, or adhesion, or as the final step just before assembly. In the automotive industry, where continuous improvement of required quality is demanded, robotic automation with uniform movement is essential to meet cleaning standards.
