<For inspections requiring transparency for large bags, cardboard boxes, bottles, and PET bottles> With an opening width of 710mm and height of 400mm, inspections can be conducted for large craft bags, aluminum bags, and cardboard boxes. For example, metal-containing stones or glass pieces in a 30kg rice bag (490×800×100mm) or a 10kg mandarin orange box (310×370×202mm) can be automatically detected under certain conditions. <For inspections of large curtains and rolled carpets with a diameter of 20cm or more> Sensitivity for automatically detecting sewing machine needles: iron balls (SUS balls are the same) with a diameter of 1.0mm can be inspected. This sensitivity is unattainable with conventional metal detectors, and currently, reliance on X-ray (this machine) is necessary. However, the samples must be wrapped in plastic bags or cling film. If cardboard boxes or cores use thick drawing paper, sensitivity may decrease, so sample testing is required. <For products with metals that cannot be inspected by metal detectors or conventional inspection machines, suitable for multiple uses> Inspections of cardboard boxes fastened with staples, curtains with metal buttons, rolled carpets with metal fasteners, and tote bags with zippers or buttons are now possible with this multifunctional and versatile machine, which can also automatically detect broken needles.
