Introduction to the sheet lining method with high durability, which allows for easy construction and reduced construction time.
The technology is a corrosion protection method for the interior surfaces of tanks that can be applied even on wet surfaces or in high humidity conditions. After applying a special mortar to the concrete structure or after section repair, a jig board is pressed onto it immediately after application, achieving full adhesion with the concrete structure. This method eliminates the need for support materials, allowing for a shortened construction period. Additionally, FRP molded products are installed with a corrosion-resistant sealing material to create a double structure, providing high durability that prevents damage to the joint areas. 【Features】 ■ Can be applied on wet surfaces or in high humidity ■ Easy application reduces construction time ■ No need for support materials ■ The special mortar for adhesion can bond to wet surfaces of the concrete substrate *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Nihon Jikkou is a core company of a comprehensive engineering group that contributes to society through the production and sale of various related materials, starting with concrete corrosion protection work. Japan is now entering an era of high penetration of social infrastructure such as water supply and sewage systems, with a vast number of concrete facilities being stockpiled. However, as these facilities age and deteriorate, it has become an urgent issue to systematically and effectively implement repair and maintenance measures to sustain them in the future. Nihon Jikkou and its group companies address these challenges by proposing optimal deterioration prevention measures based on environmental factors and facility characteristics, along with excellent construction techniques, to meet all maintenance and management needs for concrete structures.
