Prototype mass production of power transmission shaft spline processing and other (consideration of 3D scanning printer)
We propose optimal manufacturing using in-house equipment, from prototyping to mass production of power transmission shafts, including machining, spline processing, heat treatment, and polishing.
■ There are many cases of automotive transmission products and power transmission shafts for EVs being adopted. We will leverage our know-how in rail function products to achieve even higher precision manufacturing. ■ Not only in Japan, but mass production considerations are also possible at our factory in the Philippines. ■ Pre-processing examples and functionality verification are also possible through 3D scanning and 3D printing.
