We will visit your company regularly to support the maintenance and improvement of employee mental health as well as the enhancement of your company's psychological safety.
The mental health of working individuals in a healthy state means not only feeling good but also being able to perform adequately at work. Our job is to support individuals in fully demonstrating their abilities by organizing current discomforts and anxieties through consultations, enabling them to perform at their best. We hope you will consider implementing this for the health and peace of mind of your valuable employees and for the revitalization of the entire company. Starting from April 2022, it has become necessary for small and medium-sized enterprises to establish and publicize consultation windows for harassment cases. More companies are utilizing our services as this consultation window. First, please let us know your company's concerns and needs.
