Parts cleaning (electrolytic cleaning)

It looks like an eggshell has been peeled! When the mold rusts, it can cause cracks and water leaks, so be sure to take care of it before that happens!

S50C and other types of steel excel in strength and thermal conductivity, but they are vulnerable to rust and corrosion. Stainless steel is resistant to rust, but it has only about one-third the thermal conductivity of iron and half that of S55C. On the other hand, even in stainless steel, if there are regular iron parts in the cooling water channels, rust can occur there, leading to a phenomenon called "secondary rust," making it more susceptible to rust. Therefore, regular cleaning and maintenance are recommended. For parts that can be disassembled, dirt can be removed using ultrasonic cleaning and electrolysis. Since it does not involve scrubbing, there is no change in dimensions, and dirt in fine gaps can also be reliably removed. 【Materials and Thermal Conductivity (W/mK) <Partial>】 ■ Silver (Ag): 420 ■ Copper (Cu): 398 ■ Gold (Au): 320 ■ Aluminum (Al): 236 ■ Brass: 106 *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
