- It is a large machine with a maximum processing capacity of 3000 kg/h, suitable for large-scale processing inline. - It detects foreign materials such as discoloration, black spots, and foreign substances in resin pellets using a camera, and removes them with an air ejector. - Equipped with a high-performance camera with a theoretical resolution of 40 μm, it can detect even very small black spots. - Thanks to our unique roller drop method, it is also capable of sorting flakes and crushed materials, which is difficult with a chute-type system. - It is compact compared to belt-type sorting machines and designed for easy installation in existing lines. - We have a track record of deliveries to overseas factories with high production volumes. - You can choose from three types: WL for light-colored pellets, WT for both transparent and light-colored pellets, and WTH specifically for transparent pellets. - The performance other than processing capacity is the same as WL for TS-7400L, WT for TS-7400T, and WTH for TS-7400TH.
