Our company conducts vertically integrated manufacturing of GaN-on-Si. We have advanced manufacturing and analysis equipment, and we have also obtained IATF16949 automotive quality management certification. At our Zhuhai factory (8-inch, monthly production of 4k wafers) and Suzhou factory (8-inch, monthly production of 6k wafers), we are engaged in the production of 10,000 wafers per month on 8-inch substrates.
