[Manufacturing Example] Pet Frame Made of ABS and Elastomer

Proposing cushioning, slip resistance, and the addition of hinge functionality! A case where we were able to manufacture molded products suitable for the customer's application.

We would like to introduce a case study of manufacturing resin two-color molded products. We received a request from a customer to "manufacture molded products for use as building materials," and since they had little experience with extrusion molding, we first reviewed the drawings while also conducting a hearing on the intended use and materials. As we inquired about the application and usage conditions, we learned that the product needed to secure metal and function as a clamp for boards. Therefore, we proposed incorporating cushioning properties, slip resistance, and hinge functionality.
