■Training Content This workshop uses LEGO blocks and is recommended for new hire training. Participants will create shapes using LEGO blocks based on given themes and will explain their creations one by one as a team. The listening members will ask questions about the LEGO blocks, and the presenter will respond. This allows participants to understand each other's personalities and individuality, naturally deepening their sense of camaraderie. Additionally, presenters can reflect on themselves while answering questions. This training is recommended for companies looking to foster friendships among new hires before they join the company.
