[Tokyo Event] 1st Mid-sized Company HR Personnel Recruitment and Development Information Exchange Meeting - Discussing Recruitment and Development Challenges for Mid-sized Companies! A Practical Information Exchange Event -
In the rapidly changing recruitment market, we have prepared a practical information exchange platform for HR personnel at mid-sized companies who are struggling with the retention and development of young employees. You will be able to discuss candidly "What are other companies doing?" and "How can we solve our own challenges?" and take home hints that you can apply starting tomorrow.
The event consists of three parts.
In the first part, MyNavi will explain the latest recruitment trends, followed by an interview with Representative Yasuda.
The second part will be a small seated discussion. Participants will gather around tables to delve into specific themes and share insights within their groups.
The third part will introduce LEGO® Serious Play® and include a business card exchange. Networking among participants and the provision of the latest information from partner companies are also planned.
