In the rapidly changing recruitment market, we have prepared a practical information exchange platform for HR personnel at mid-sized companies who are struggling with the retention and development of young employees. The experience session is limited to one company per event, with two representatives participating as a pair. This is a free experience session of LEGO Serious Play conducted by a consulting company specializing in problem-solving. (Note: There is a rental fee for LEGO blocks.) It is an educational program for companies that uses LEGO blocks, developed based on theory. Training is available nationwide (mainly in the Kanto to Kansai regions).
