■Training Content LEGO & Angel offers a training program that combines three programs: "SWOT Analysis & Cross SWOT," "LEGO Serious Play," and "Angel Game." The objective is "Innovation." For example, we will plan and propose ideas in teams aimed at goals such as "discovering new ideas for improving performance" as requested by companies. Participants have provided feedback such as "practical content," "increased motivation," "thought-provoking," and "fun," leading to a high evaluation as a training program that results in 99% of employees changing and achieving results. "Angel" means "investor," and teams plan and present strategies for achieving goals and solving problems, while others act as angels (investors) to evaluate. Improvement suggestions are recorded on evaluation support sheets, and the presenting team refines their plan based on this feedback.
