【Training Program Details】 ■STEP 1: Career Awareness Formation & Problem-Solving Training Consider what a company is and what it means to work / Self-diagnosis of basic professional skills / Reflect on your career and design your career path / Real role-playing ■STEP 2: "Understanding and Analyzing Our Company" through SWOT Analysis and Cross-SWOT Analysis Reconfirm your company / Understand the company / Understand the current state of the company / Look at trends in the industry and adjacent industries / SWOT analysis / Cross-SWOT analysis ■STEP 3: "Problem Extraction Training" using LEGO Serious Play Based on the analysis from STEP 2, consolidate the team's thoughts into one. ■STEP 4: "Practical Problem Solving" with the Angel Game Our original educational program adopted by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry in 2006. "Angel" means "investor," where teams plan and present a strategy for achieving goals and solving problems, while others act as angels (investors) to evaluate. Improvement suggestions are written on the evaluation support sheet, and the presenting team refines their plan based on this feedback.
