Plant fermentation extract is made by fermenting a variety of natural materials such as vegetables, soybeans, brown rice, mushrooms, and seaweed, along with brown sugar, over a period of more than two years through a two-stage fermentation process. During the fermentation process, enzymes produced by microorganisms break down the nutrients in the raw plant materials into low molecular weight compounds, and the extract is rich in various beneficial components produced by the microorganisms, such as secretions that contribute to health.
