Our company has been manufacturing flour and wheat-related products in Sanuki for many years. Our main products, such as "Sanuki Suzuran" and the Kagawa Prefecture wheat "Sanuki no Yume," are blended to develop udon-specific flour like "Sakura Yume 2000," which we supply to approximately 800 companies both inside and outside the prefecture.
