Basic Knowledge of Bottle Washing and Filling Lines: What is a Bottle Washing Machine and Rinsing Machine for Chemical Products?
An essential device for containers used for chemical products! Introducing bottle washers and rinsers in our column.
A bottle washer and rinser refers to a device that washes containers with cleaning water or detergent water before filling them. It is an essential device for containers used for chemical products that require high levels of cleanliness and washing quality. This is because the containers delivered to chemical plants are often contaminated with surface materials and invisible dirt. If chemical products are filled into such unwashed containers, impurities will mix into the liquid. This will result in the chemical product being defective and unable to be sold in the market. In this way, we will explain the indispensable bottle washer and rinser as a pre-filling process.
