The B-Mate TAKUMI series gas regulator can comprehensively monitor and adjust gas discharge volume and supply pressure. Regulator with flow meter.
B-Mate TAKUMI Series Installed in place of a regulator, it serves as a reliable support to effectively use the Foamest series by checking bubbles in unseen areas and maintaining a consistent amount of foam. TAKUMI Simple For locations that can be checked frequently, use the manual type Simple. It doesn't require power, so it can be placed anywhere. TAKUMI Control For Foamest in areas where water pressure does not change, use Control. It ensures a constant gas discharge flow rate, supporting stable bubble generation. TAKUMI Ex If you are using it in areas with significant water pressure changes or deep water, Ex is recommended. It automatically adjusts not only the discharge flow rate but also the supply pressure to match external pressure, ensuring safety even in harsh environments.

basic information
B-Mate is used instead of a regulator. Simply connect the tube from the compressor (or tank) to the IN side of B-Mate, and the OUT side tube to Foamest. After that, if it's simple, adjust with the regulator and needle valve; if it's control or Ex, no adjustments are needed, and you're done.

Applications/Examples of results
B-mate TAKUMI (Pressure Regulator with Flow Meter) Connects to the Foamest column to control the flow rate. When the generation of foam cannot be visually confirmed in piping or deep areas, it is possible to control the supply pressure to adjust the foam flow rate. B-mate TAKUMI simple - Manually controls the flow rate. (Float-type flow meter) B-mate TAKUMI control - Automatically controls to the specified flow rate. (Digital flow meter) B-mate TAKUMI EX - Fully automatically controls pressure and flow rate. (Digital flow meter) (Uses electro-pneumatic regulator)

Company information
Nakashima Industry, since its establishment in 1973, has been characterized by consistent metal processing from cutting, drilling, welding, and can manufacturing to design and development of industrial machinery, leveraging its high technical capabilities to handle everything from the design and development of machine parts, jigs, and dedicated machinery to the manufacturing of superconducting AC winding machines. Based on this technical expertise, we have successfully developed mass production technology for the nano-porous film "Monotran Film," establishing our unique ultra-fine bubble generation technology and advancing into the field of nanotechnology. Moving forward, we will further enhance our integrated metal processing system from cutting to welding and assembly, while also boosting our responsiveness and sales capabilities. By doing so, we will actively develop as a comprehensive manufacturing company in metal, nano, bio, and eco, with metal processing and nanotechnology as our dual pillars.
