Destilerias Munoz Galvez is a company specialized in the production of aromatic chemical products, essential oils, fragrances, and flavors in Spain. The company's new facility is equipped with four treatment lines for ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, UV, and EDI (electrodeionization) for organic load reduction, enabling water reuse. To continuously monitor the aforementioned four treatment lines, an online TOC analyzer, "BioTector B7000," with four sample flow paths has been introduced. Connected to an internal PROFIBUS DP network, the SCADA system receives and processes this information, allowing for efficient control of the treatment process.
