We solve challenges in development and manufacturing with a custom-made approach. ◆ Small Vacuum Heat Seal Device for Glove Box This is a chamber-type vacuum heat seal device that thermally bonds laminated (pouch-type) lithium-ion battery cells through heating and pressurization. ◆ Large Heat Seal Device for 600mm A large heat seal device designed for prototyping pouch cells of a size intended for implementation. It can uniformly heat and compress long materials to achieve bonding. ◆ Precision Hot Roll Press Device for Prototyping This device compresses and rolls the cell using heated upper and lower rollers. It allows monitoring of whether the roller load is symmetrical. It enables evaluation of the uniformity of laminated cells after rolling. ◆ Heating Device for All-Solid-State Batteries Compatible with Glove Box IR-HP/GB According to the temperature characteristics of material screening, it heats and evaluates up to four solid-state batteries simultaneously without exposure to the atmosphere. ◆ Small Vacuum Heat Sealing Device This device can thermally weld prototype pouch cells of lithium-ion batteries using heat and pressure. It is compact and can be installed in narrow spaces such as glove boxes, supports vacuum for degassing the chamber, and can operate automatically with program settings. ◆ Large Heat Sealing Device for 600mm This is a large heat sealing device designed for prototyping pouch cells of a size intended for actual implementation. It can uniformly heat and compress long materials to achieve welding. An optional mechanism for air supply and degassing can be installed. ◆ Precision Hot Roll Press Device for Prototyping This device compresses and rolls the cells using heated upper and lower rollers. It is possible to monitor whether the load force of the rollers is symmetrical. It allows for the evaluation of uniformity in laminated cells after rolling. ◆ Heating Device for All-Solid-State Batteries IR-HP/GB This device can heat various materials including electronic materials from mounted components and Si wafers, lead-free, lightweight metals, iron-based metal materials, glass, ceramics, and polymer materials. It can heat multiple coin cells without exposure to the atmosphere, measure impedance during heating, and capture changes in battery performance at different temperatures.
