Analysis of fragrance components by GC-MS.

Using fragrance as a keyword, we analyzed familiar incense and compared the characteristics of its molecular structure with other materials. The three representative fragrant woods obtained from trees are sandalwood, agarwood, and kyara, but this time we collected data on incense and sandalwood. Characterized by aldehyde groups and aliphatic cyclic structures, the woody scent is primarily believed to be caused by the aliphatic cyclic structure.
