It achieves high-speed tuning of over 200kHz with a tuning range of 50nm. By using HCG as a wavelength-variable mirror, it enables wafer-scale, low-cost production and achieves simple voltage-controlled wavelength tuning for various applications. The HCG VCSEL with pig-tail is co-packaged with a thermoelectric cooler for wavelength stabilization, and we offer a 7-pin TO56 package with fiber pig-tail. Bandwidth 10 was founded in 2011 by a research team at the University of California, Berkeley.
