We would like to introduce a case study of cleaning cavity plates for a beverage container manufacturer. Previously, they had requested cleaning from another company but did not see the expected results. They approached us because the mold, which had been in use for over 20 years, was particularly in poor condition on the cavity side. Since there are two circuits, we used two machines to clean the upper and lower circuits separately. After 24 hours of cleaning, we replaced the filters and collected a significant amount of rust contamination.
