The CWF series is a tabletop type research general-purpose chamber furnace. It can reach a maximum temperature of 1300°C and is available in five different sizes. In the CWF-B, air flows in through the intake port located on the door, and the chimney quickly exhausts waste gases, promoting the incineration of samples. The CWF-BAL is equipped with a built-in scale, making it ideal for thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) and loss on ignition (LOI) tests, where monitoring weight changes during heating is necessary. These are essential for quantifying organic components in cement, lime, calcined bauxite, and refractories. For ashing samples that are primarily composed of organic materials, the AAF-BAL is recommended.

It allows adjustment of the set temperature, heating rate, and maintenance time at the set temperature. (CWF & CWF-B) The standard specification temperature controller is PID control model 3216CC. It allows adjustment of the set temperature, heating rate, and maintenance time at the set temperature. (CWF-BAL) The parallel action door ensures that the inside of the door, which becomes hot, does not face the user. The 5L, 13L, 21L, and 23L models are equipped with soft-close doors. Delay start function / process timer function is standard equipment. The furnace entrance and heater are also protected with hard alumina. Efficient heating and temperature maintenance are possible with the use of high-performance insulation materials. Optimal heat uniformity is achieved with natural radiation type wound heaters. In the event of a heater failure, the heater unit can be easily replaced.
