We have 66 nylon sheets for machining. Utilizing its high self-lubricating properties in sliding parts, we have produced a split ring that becomes one with two pieces.
It is characterized by excellent impact resistance and high toughness, although it does absorb water, even with mechanical strength. There are also grades reinforced with glass fibers, such as GF30, which are ideal for parts subjected to stress at high temperatures. Additionally, our company uses nylon 66 in injection molding as well.
