In response to the global semiconductor shortage and with government support, the development of semiconductor manufacturing bases in the country is progressing, leading to an increased demand for fluoropolymer products that have extremely low leaching of impurities, such as storage containers for ultra-pure water used for wafer cleaning and high-purity acids used for trace impurity measurement. Sabilex's PFA products are manufactured from high-purity virgin PFA resin and include various PFA containers that safely and rigorously store high-purity chemicals without leaching impurities, as well as PFA vials used for storing ICP-MS sample solutions and for preparation and dissolution tasks. Additionally, there are acid purification devices that purify hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, and hydrofluoric acid to 10 ppt grade by automatically and quietly distilling them from 1 ppb grade without boiling, all of which are proven PFA products in the semiconductor field.
