Urethane has excellent wear resistance and mechanical strength, and various shapes can be achieved through casting and machining. It can be produced without molds for wear-resistant parts and other applications.
Urethane rubber is particularly excellent in abrasion resistance and weather resistance, has very strong tear resistance, and also possesses oil resistance. It is suitable for outdoor use, rollers, and incorporation into parts that require strength in machinery. It is also possible to process counterbored holes and sink holes through machining with lathes and router end mills.
