Our cross-flow water turbine for small hydropower generation is equipped with a flow adjustment mechanism (guide vanes), allowing for stable power generation with a simple structure and easy maintenance. The dimensions of the turbine (diameter, width) are determined based on the flow rate and effective head. After that, a prototype is manufactured, and performance tests are conducted under conditions similar to the actual hydraulic environment to verify power generation performance. We have a dedicated water tank for the development of small hydropower generation systems. We use up to three 55 kW pumps as the flow generation device, combined with a 55 kW generator to conduct performance verification tests of the turbine. By using this water tank, we can confirm the power generation performance of the actual unit. We offer both sets with generators and standalone turbine sales, achieving low prices by consistently handling design, manufacturing, performance verification tests, installation, and on-site adjustments in-house. 【Features】 ■ Resistant to debris ■ Short installation period ■ Easy maintenance ■ Custom design according to installation location
