Vibration-damping rubber "Lovelock": Installation examples in grinding wheels and grinding machines.
Shutting out the effects of vibration! Introducing examples that contributed to maintaining precision in precision machining.
We would like to introduce a case study of the installation of the anti-vibration rubber "Rublock" in grinding and polishing machines. When "Rublock 85" was used on a hob grinding machine, the vibration attenuation rates achieved were △86% in the X direction, △84% in the Y direction, and △43% in the Z direction. This product has a maximum vibration absorption rate of 99% and effectively blocks vibrations from the surroundings, minimizing the impact on the installation height of the machine. 【Features】 ■ X direction: 3.5μm → 0.5μm △86% ■ Y direction: 9.5μm → 1.5μm △84% ■ Z direction: 0.7μm → 0.4μm △43% *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
